3. Subscription Cancellation

3.4 Data Retention: After cancellation, your account data will be retained for 90 days to allow you to reactivate your subscription. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

5. Refunds for Billing Errors

6. Refunds for Service Outages

6.1 Service Level Commitment: We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6.2 Extended Outages: In the event of an extended service outage (more than 48 consecutive hours) caused by Evoluweb, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.

6.3 Scheduled Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance and announced downtime do not qualify for refunds or credits.

7. Subscription Downgrades

7.1 How to Downgrade: You may downgrade your subscription to a lower-tier plan at any time through your account settings.

7.2 Effective Date: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until that time.

7.3 No Refunds for Downgrades: Downgrading to a lower-tier plan does not entitle you to a refund of the difference in price for the current billing period.

7.4 Data Limitations: When downgrading, ensure your usage falls within the limits of the new plan. Data exceeding the lower plan's limits may be archived or require deletion.

8. Subscription Upgrades

8.1 How to Upgrade: You may upgrade your subscription to a higher-tier plan at any time through your account settings.

8.2 Immediate Access: Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will have instant access to the higher plan's features.

8.3 Prorated Billing: When you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, plus the full price of the new plan for subsequent periods.

9. Annual Subscriptions

11. Chargeback Policy

11.2 Chargeback Consequences: Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate suspension of your account. If the chargeback is found to be invalid, your account will remain suspended until the matter is resolved.

11.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action to recover costs, including chargeback fees and legal expenses.

12. Refund Processing Methods

12.1 Original Payment Method: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

12.2 Expired or Invalid Payment Methods: If your original payment method is no longer valid, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method, such as PayPal or bank transfer.
